How long does it take to deliver the goods?
We supply the goods that we sew for you within about 2 weeks. We send the products we have in stock immediately. We do not divide the packages into more parts. Therefore, if you order custom -made goods and the product from the warehouse, the entire content of the order will be delivered at the same time within about 2 weeks.
Can I replace the purchased goods?
We do not exchange goods tailor -made, as it was sewn exactly for you and with your measures. As far as products are concerned in stock, it depends on the availability of the goods on our warehouse.
Can I pick up the goods in person?
Yes, after the telephone convention it is possible to agree on a personal collection within Levice.
Do you have a physical shop?
We do not have a physical shop yet, but we will be happy to equip all your requirements through our e-shop.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we send packages to all EU Member States.
